HF SINCLAIR MIDSTREAM (HFSM)
HF Sinclair Midstream (HFSM) is a Delaware limited partnership, formed in 2004 by HollyFrontier, and headquartered in Dallas, Texas. HFSM provides petroleum product and crude oil transportation, terminalling, storage, and throughput services to the petroleum industry, including HollyFrontier Corporation subsidiaries.
This Partnership, through its subsidiaries and joint ventures, owns and/or operates petroleum product and crude gathering pipelines, tankage, and terminals in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and Washington, as well as refinery processing units in Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
The Artesia Response Zone response zone consists of four crude oil gathering stations, crude oil pipelines, and refined product pipelines in Chaves, Culberson, Eddy, El Paso, Hudspeth and Lea Counties, in both New Mexico and Texas. Crude oil gathering stations receive crude oil via pipeline and/or truck, store crude oil on-site in bulk storage tanks, and transport crude oil via pipeline. Pipelines carry crude oil and refined products to and from the Lea Refinery and Artesia Refinery.
