CONTRACTOR ILLNESS

This is a Drill! Fidel Acosta (GrayMar Environmental) reports one of his workers has fallen ill at the spill site, while attending to one of their oil recovery skimmers along Francis Creek. Mr. Acosta explains the individual is experiencing a cough, chest tightness, and shortness of breath, while his heart rate also appears to be elevated. He asks whether any first responders are on-site to provide immediate medical aid. This is a Drill!
