OILED BIRD

This is a Drill! Johnny Appleseed (Response Technician with NRC Environmental Services) reports seeing an oiled bird on the marsh-lined shoreline along Brokenstraw Creek.  He wants to know if his boom deployment crew should attempt to capture the distressed bird and place it in a cardboard box or plastic container so it can be transported back to the Staging Area, hence turned over to wildlife officials for immediate cleaning and rehabilitation.  This is a Drill!
